From the President's Pen
The Lions Club of Dunsborough has been active in the Dunsborough Area since 1980 and in that time we has supported a number of local volunteer groups including Sea Rescue, SES, St John Ambulance, the Yacht Club, the local Primary Schools, local sporting groups and of course the Hospice. In addition we have assisted a number of private individuals to further their sporting or musical careers.
The Lions Club values the assistance of the local community in enabling us to raise the necessary money to continue with these goals through our Sausage Sizzles, Markets, Fairs, Christmas Cake and mints sales.
In June 2017 we completed construction of our new shed (off Dunsborough Lakes Drive) which now allows us to safely store our equipment, and to commence Shed Sales on a regular basis (second hand furniture, tools, bric-a-brac, etc). Extensions to the shed were completed in 2020.
